Despite challenges arising from uncertainties in the university academic calendar, preparations for the conference moved forward as God answered dedicated prayers across various chapters. Key prayer topics focused on raising 40 student Bible teachers, empowering leaders, and cultivating a spirit of discipleship in each person.
The conference featured four main speakers and 17 Bible study groups. It opened with a powerful life testimony from Duke, who shared on God's transformative power in his life. Life testimonies from Israel, Precious, and Joseph were further evidence of God's work and guidance in their lives. The messages delivered by the speakers highlighted key foundational spiritual themes, such as Jesus the Lamb of God, the believer’s identity as a kingdom of priests, love and obedience to Christ, and our need for the Holy Spirit’s power to be effective witnesses.
The conference concluded with a summary message by Pastor Abraham Omotunde, who emphasized the importance of prayer and the Holy Spirit’s role in living out the Christian identity. Deep gratitude was expressed for the successful conference, and all were encouraged to remain steadfast in their decisions of faith.
