(EUROPE) 2025 Encounter Conference: A Letter of Gratitude From The Orga Team

Dear Missionaries, Coworkers, Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
We praise and worship God, for He is good! He has filled our hearts with joy and His light. Praise be to God—the King of the universe, our loving Father and gracious King. He looks upon the brokenhearted and those with a contrite spirit. He dwells among us and pours out His blessings and promises—because He is always good!
Thank you so much for supporting the Encounter Conference through your prayers and intercession. You understood how vital it is for each person to have a personal encounter with God. And we praise God that He truly visited us. His presence was evident in the heavenly peace that rested over the entire weekend. Many participants shared that from the moment they arrived, they felt peace and joy. Some even had dreams and visions where Jesus appeared and embraced them. The testimonies are truly amazing and humbling. Though about 45 attendees were total newcomers, they quickly found connection, friendship, and warmth. The love of God was clearly present in our midst.
The Organizing Team faced many challenges, but through your faithful prayers, each one was resolved—not as a tangled knot, but like a ribbon gently loosened. The weather was beautiful, and the food, to our surprise, was incredibly delicious—it felt like God sent a new cook just to bless us! Even those who had visa issues arrived safely without delay or difficulty. We praise and worship God for making a way.
During Encounter Night, many tears were shed. God opened a space for deep prayer and repentance. One coworker shared, “I’ve never seen so many boys cry and hug each other.” And of course, the girls made sure no tissue was left behind! God moved powerfully—convicting hearts, shining His light into our lives, and revealing how He truly sees us—the good, the broken, and everything in between. Some were confronted by their own inner darkness, but God lovingly called them into His marvelous light. Praise God for ministering to each heart personally and uniquely.
Everyone encountered God in their own way. But now, it’s their responsibility to tend the flame within them. Please continue to support and encourage them to cultivate what God began—through His Word, through prayer, through community, and even through suffering. These things will help them seek God’s face daily. Let’s continue to pray that the work God started in their lives will grow—for His glory.
We thank you again for your faithful prayers. A special thanks to all the spiritual warriors who prayed daily and without ceasing—you know who you are and so does God. Your spiritual battle bore much fruit, and it will continue to multiply. Special thanks also to Heidelberg UBF, Cologne UBF, and the secret financial sponsors from across Europe who gave so generously and joyfully—you also know who you are. May God bless every cheerful giver and store up for you treasures in heaven—a hundredfold (cf. Matthew 19:29).
