The Pan-Africa Cohort has successfully completed the Spiritual Warfare Course after ten weeks (8 sessions) of intense study, writing, presentations, and prayerful interaction. P. Joshua H. served as the course instructor. Eleven chapter leaders and pastors (Abraham O., Joseph U., John F., James O., Olugbenga A., Duke E., Blessed F., Juma F., Padiet D., Steven S., and Boas Ch.) who serve as laymen and Bible teachers in their chapters finished the course despite their busy schedules.

One student mentioned, “It was eye-opening,” while another shared, “This class has equipped me to engage in spiritual battles for myself, my family, and my ministry.”
Given the spiritual climate of Africa, the class incorporated teachings from Liberty to the Captives by Mark D., focusing on spiritual warfare in the context of ministering to Muslims. Personally, I was delighted to spend time with these shepherds and witness how God is raising spiritual warriors and leaders for Africa and the world. May God use PAC to equip them to make disciples, raise spiritual warriors, and shepherd His Kingdom. Amen. –Joshua H.

PAC Course 4, "Inductive Bible Study," consisting of six sessions with P. Ron Ward and Dr. Mark Y., will begin on September 2. We are thankful for the prayers from the UBF community and kindly request continued prayers for the African leaders and the course instructors.

Spiritual, Biblical, and Theological Education to African Ministry Leaders

The Pan-Africa Cohort program, which consists of 24 courses, offers spiritual, biblical, and theological education to African ministry leaders. The twelve cohort members are Abraham O., Steven S., Joseph U., Blessed F., John F., James O., Kevin N., Juma F., Padiet D., Olugbenga A, Duke E., and Boas Ch. PAC finished the second course, Biblical Doctrine 2, which consisted of six sessions instructed by Dr. Augustine S.

The third course, Spiritual Warfare, began on June 21 and will consist of 8 sessions taught by P. Joshua H. We appreciate the prayers from the UBF community and kindly ask for continued prayers for the PAC members and the course instructor.

The Pan-Africa Cohort Finished its First Course

The Pan-Africa Cohort program, which offers spiritual, biblical, and theological education to African ministry leaders, has finished its first course, Biblical Doctrine 1, with eight sessions. The program consists of 24 courses and has twelve African native leaders as its cohort members. The members are now studying their second course, Biblical Doctrine 2. We are grateful for the prayers from the UBF community and ask for continued prayers for the cohort members (Steven S., Abraham O., Joseph U., Blessed F., John F., James O., Kevin N., Joshua J., Padiet D., Olugbenga A, Duke E., Boas, Ch.) and the course instructor, Dr. Augustine Suh. Let us pray that they become better equipped as competent shepherds for God's flock.
