May We Be One in the Love of Jesus
The 2024 Indonesia UBF United Summer Conference, held from September 14-16, brought together 198 participants from five UBF chapters (Cawang, Depok, Pancoran, Pasar Minggu, and Karawaci). The theme, "May We Be One in the Love of Jesus" focused on unity in Christ. Despite early challenges, God answered our prayers for unity. Key messages of Rama’s opening message on John 3:16 and Rully’s message on John 17, called us to unity, using the Trinity as our example. Day two featured heartfelt messages from Ridwan on Jesus’ sacrifice (John 19) and Yusuf's message on loving one another (John 13). Missionary Abraham closed the conference with a message about loving and feeding Jesus’ sheep based on John 21, reinforcing the theme of unity once again.
We give thanks and praises to God for bringing all the Indonesia UBF chapters together in the love of Jesus. We pray that Indonesia UBF may continue to strive for unity, grow as a solid spiritual vessel, and diligently serve the campus ministry so that God’s work of salvation may spread across Indonesia.
