(ARGENTINA) The God of Peniel: Buenos Aires Spring Conference

Buenos Aires UBF in Argentina held a spring retreat on October 3-4, marking nearly a decade since the last retreat. Despite initial doubts about participation, God worked powerfully, bringing 36 attendees. The retreat took place at the Kairo Retreat Center, and activities included icebreakers and Bible study. Participants were divided into groups to share the message "The God of Peniel," as delivered by José Moon Jr. The theme centered on Jacob's transformation from a deceiver to a victorious son through God's love.
The following morning included reflections based on the message and testimonies from brothers David and Roxanna. Despite its brevity, the retreat was filled with joy and grace. Plans for a workshop on "Depression and Burnout" in November were discussed, along with hopes for bi-monthly sessions. The retreat renewed hope and strengthened the community's faith.
