(CANADA) Missionary Helen Park of Victoria UBF Went to Be With the Lord

 
Dear Prayer Warriors,
 
With deep sorrow, we share that Missionary Helen Park went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2026, at 5:50 PM (Korea time).
 
By God’s grace, her children arrived from Canada and were able to be at her bedside. Shortly after they entered her hospital room and gathered around her, her heart stopped, and she peacefully entered the presence of her Savior.
 
We thank all of you who faithfully prayed for Missionary Helen during her long and difficult battle. The Lord graciously allowed her husband and children to be with her in her final moments. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we trust in God’s perfect love, wisdom, and sovereignty.
 
Please continue to pray for Missionary Joshua Park, her children, and all of their family members. Pray also for the Victoria UBF congregation and all those whose lives were touched by her faith, love, and sacrificial service.
 
Although we grieve this earthly separation, we do not grieve without hope. May the Lord Himself comfort every broken heart, wipe away every tear, and strengthen the family with the glorious hope of the resurrection and eternal life in Christ. May God’s peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds during this difficult time.
 
Missionary Helen’s labor of faith, sacrifice, and love for the gospel will not be forgotten. Through her prayers, Bible teaching, hospitality, encouragement, and faithful missionary life, she has left a lasting spiritual legacy. The fruit of her life and ministry will continue to remain in the lives of many people and will bear fruit for the glory of God for years to come.
 
As we remember Missionary Helen, let us thank God for her beautiful example of faith, perseverance, and devotion to Christ. Let us also pray that the Lord will raise up many faithful servants who will follow her example and continue the work of the gospel.
