(UKRAINE) Kyiv Autumn Bible Conference “Open Door” Inspires Grace, Hope, and Baptism

Conference Category: Autumn Bible Conference
Chapter: Kyiv in Ukraine
Dates: October 11 to 13, 2024

Title: “Open Door”

The conference had three main goals:

  1. To ensure that everyone remains in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We studied two classic UBF Bible passages: the story of the Samaritan woman (John 4:1-26) and the parable of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32).
  2. To strengthen our hope for the Kingdom of Heaven. We explored Revelation 21:1-5, focusing on the concept of "God dwelling among men." Understanding the ultimate goal of our lives—attaining God’s kingdom—helps us navigate the current challenges in our country more easily.
  3. We conducted a baptism ceremony for Andriy and Anastasia, examining the significance of baptism through Acts 8:26-40, which emphasizes that "Baptism is an open door to God." I am grateful for God's powerful work in the lives of these young individuals.

We thank God that the door to His Kingdom is open to sinners.
