(VENEZUELA) “Created with Purpose”: Venezuela 2026 Summer Bible Conference

From August 6–9, Caracas UBF, Venezuela, held the Summer Conference "Created with Purpose". We had 128 participants, including 30 guests. We thank the Lord that 25 university students were able to attend. Franklin delivered the opening message; Kennier and Samantha led the daily bread devotions, and Martha and María Fernanda gave the main readings. Ellana shared a seminar; Hirely delivered the second main message, and José Juan gave a message on Sunday. Niliany, Natalia, Gabriel, and Leidy shared their testimonies.
 
The Lord touched our hearts with His word. To the glory of God, 17 people accepted Jesus as their Savior, and 16 accepted the call to discipleship. Both guests and members expressed their gratitude to God for the conference. 
 
 
Finally, Pastor Ron Ward delivered the closing message based on 1 Peter 4:13. The message encouraged us to rejoice in sharing in Christ’s sufferings so that we may also be glad when the Lord returns and reveals His glory and power. Pastor Ron Ward gave us a prayer topic: that Venezuela send out 1 000 missionaries by the year 2050.
 
Father, thank You that, despite the earthquakes we experienced less than two months ago, You allowed us to prepare our summer conference and to witness the work of Your Holy Spirit in the hearts of all the participants.
 
This conference allowed me to renew my hope regarding God’s plans for Venezuela; we witnessed a beautiful work of revival among university students who are opening their hearts to the gospel of salvation. This gives us a vision of a Venezuela filled with university students and professionals who will be disciples of Jesus Christ.
 
We thank God for Missionary Juan Seo, Pastor Ron and Dervilla Ward, as well as the leaders from the Valles del Tuy, Valencia, and Maracaibo chapters who also joined us. The Lord enabled us to organize the entire event through the collaboration of many brothers and sisters, who participated in a play, dance, music, and several dramas. The worship group and the orchestra also served beautifully. Thank you, Lord, for allowing us to witness the work of Your Holy Spirit.
