Program Overview

We thank God for the opportunity for the Love Biblical Counseling program to partner with the WEW (Women Encouraging Women) program to provide a track on this important topic of peacemaking in our personal lives.

Program Logistics

Timeline/Schedule: Planning began in December 2025; sessions ran from February 2026 through June 2026; 1.5 hrs. every other Saturday morning online for 9 sessions.

Format: The curriculum was based on Ken Sande’s book, The Peacemaker, and incorporated educational videos from Relational Wisdom 360 (shared with permission).

Engagement: Small groups met during off-weeks to share personal testimonies and pray.

Program Content & Impact

This course on relational wisdom emphasized that life is centered on relationships with God and others. Participants learned the SOG Plan—being Self-aware, Others-aware, and God-aware—and explored how emotions, designed by God, influence thoughts, actions, and relationships. Through biblical teaching, videos, and a missionary case study, the course demonstrated how relational wisdom goes beyond emotional intelligence by helping believers understand and respond to emotions and relationships in ways that honor God.

The sessions from the book The Peacemaker focused on biblical conflict resolution through the principles of glorifying God, taking responsibility for personal faults, gently restoring others, and pursuing reconciliation. Participants were encouraged to replace blame, bitterness, and avoidance with humility, forgiveness, accountability, and peacemaking. The course concluded with personal case study presentations, allowing participants to apply Relational Wisdom principles to real-life conflicts and strengthen their ability to build healthy, Christ-centered relationships. It was deeply moving to hear how God enabled each participant to face conflicts, whether with spouses, children, parents, or colleagues, with newfound wisdom.
