The Europe JBF (Junior Bible Fellowship) Summer Camp was from August 1– 8, 2026 at the Evangelical Church retreat center in Trofaiach, southern Austria.
1) Theme: Personally discovering their spiritual identity as a child of God.
2) JBF Attendees: Fourteen JBF youths from six European countries—the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic, Serbia, North-Macedonia, and Austria—attended.
3) Spiritual and Practical Support: Missionaries in Austria and second-generation local ministry leaders, along with second-generation university student leaders from Germany and the UK, prepared the environment for the retreat. The second-generation leaders also led group Bible studies and delivered messages based on the theme.
The participants, who had also attended their first church camp, came with a sincere spiritual desire. Through studying and listening to the messages, they discovered their identity as God's children, personally, before the Lord. They also spent time encouraging and praying for one another according to their identity as brothers and sisters in Christ.

While navigating a high-ropes course in the Austrian Alps, we learned firsthand that even when faced with obstacles that pose danger or fear, we must persevere on the journey of faith assigned to us, relying on God. Through this JBF Church Camp, Grace S. and Abigail H. from the UK were commissioned to serve on their university campuses.
We are praying to hold a winter church camp at the end of December. We ask for your prayers that each participant from this camp will be able to attend the next one with at least one other person. Above all, we thank God for answering our earnest prayers, meeting the JBF Church Camp participants and giving them the grace of His calling. We give all glory to God.
