(ARGENTINA) Report on The Latin American Missionary Forum KIMNET from May 14-17, 2024

The Latin American Missionary Forum KIMNET took place from May 14th to 17th in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The forum focused on the mission strategy of Latin America and leadership development. One of the ten speakers, M. Isaac C., was invited to share at the event. From UBF, five people attended, including M. Isaac, M. Mary, Dr. Henry P. (UBF vice director), M. Timoteo, and Hana R. from Guadalajara, Mexico. M. Isaac C. presented his personal testimony and the work of God in La Plata, Argentina, titled "Remain faithful unto death." Many missionaries from other denominations showed great interest in our ministry's self-supporting mission and discipleship.

After the forum, we visited the house church of M. Jorge A. M. Timoteo delivered a message based on Ephesians 1:15-23. M. Jorge and Isabel were the first missionaries sent from Guadalajara, Mexico, to the Dominican Republic in 2006. Jorge works as a manager in a box factory, but he struggles with financial independence. We pray to God to help them have a good salary to serve God's work and their family in the Dominican Republic. We also attended Sunday worship and were overjoyed to see M. Jorge's family, who have faithfully served in this pioneering work for 15 years.

By God's grace, we were able to visit Costa Rica, where M. Pablo Park's family had served for 10 years. We visited a university to pray and planted the seed of the gospel, sharing the word of God. We pray to God to raise up a pioneer to evangelize Costa Rica.
