Thanks be to God for hearing the prayers of His servants and blessing the Latin America Leaders School abundantly according to His faithfulness and goodness this year. During 2023, Cohort 3 and Cohort 4, each with 8 leaders, attended classes from March to December enthusiastically and took all corresponding materials. 12 facilitators served. Cohort 4, consisting of eight members, completed their two-year study and graduated on January 12, 2024. They are: Fermín I.-R. (Mexico CU), Angelina Rosario H.- G. (Mexico Iztacala), Jorge David R.- A. (Mexico Iztacala), Gonzalo S.- S. (Mexico Guadalajara), Pedro Mariano G.- V. (Mexico Saltillo), Ester K. (Ecuador), Carolina C.- V. (Colombia), and Saúl L.- P. (Guatemala). We are grateful for God's grace and pray that He will continue to bless their efforts, using them as mature servants for His work. Currently, there are 11 new students from 8 different chapters eagerly awaiting to join the School of Leaders this year in 2024.

Here are our prayer topics:
1. May it become the School of Christ.
2. May God send to Leaders School of Leaders many shepherds passionate with the love of Christ every year.
3. May all the course facilitators have good health and passion to serve.
4. May the classes become more useful and practical to serve the ministry of each chapter.
5. May we have good access to all the digital materials
