A staff conference was held in the Han Kyung-Jik Memorial Conference site on Aug. 22-24. It was a very beautiful place by the eastern beach of Korea. The conference title was "Offer the Parts of Your Body to Him as Instruments of Righteousness". We had two Romans group Bible studies. They were very graceful. We learned about the blessing that those who have been justified through faith receive (Ro 5) and why we should not continue our former way of life (Ro 6). There was a special lecture entitled, "The Philosophy of Ancient Greece and Christianity" by Prof. Pyung Woon Yoon. It was very instructive to the staff shepherds. We climbed Sulak Mountain (1708 m in height) as spiritual training for world campus ministry. On the last day, Shep. David Kim (Korean UBF coordinator) gave prayer topics:
- 5000 one to one Bible studies per week and sending 10,000 missionaries into all the world;
- 2013 International Summer Bible Conference on Aug. 1-4, 2013 and for Pastor Abraham Kim, Shep. Mark Vucekovich and Shep. David Kim;
- Continuing missionary education ministry in Western Europe Nov. 1-Dec.3--Dr. John Jun and Dr. Peter Chang;
- Pioneering new campuses: Korea Univ, Chochi Won campus by Shep. Samuel Sohn and Soonchun Univ. by Shep. Abraham Cho.
