Joshua Chun

In the Southern Hemisphere we had a Winter Bible Conference. Pablo Chun (Mark 10:46-52 "Blind Bartimaeus"), Ana Choi (Mark 10:17-31 "Rich, Young Man"), Joshua Chun (Mark 15:1-47 "Crucifixion"), Luis Zambrano (John 14:1-14 "Jesus, the Way") served the messages. We had a skit, contemporary dance, and movie summary ("Passion of the Christ"). Through the words, we learned that Jesus offers us spiritual sight, true wealth, forgiveness and the way to the Father. 3 sheep attended: Joaquin (Engineering 1), Luis Solano (Accountant), and Javier (pre-university) received the word. After the word of the cross, they accepted the call of Jesus to the life of faith to be his disciples. I pray that they may grow faithfully as disciples of Jesus in his word. Pablo Chun graduated from high school and served the message for the second time. He studies at North Park University in Chicago. May God use his life as a Bible teacher continually. The family of Missionary Luis Zambrano expects to have two children (twin boys) at the end of July. Despite the discomfort of moving, Missionary Josmary was able to serve in the skit. May God give good health to her so that she may give birth in due time.
