On March 1, 2011, Korea UBF held it’s 5th National Layman Bible Seminar at Korea UBF HQ in Chongro in Korea. The number of attendees was about 350. At the beginning, Abraham gave a message titled, “Paul, an exemplary shepherd of many tears for God’s flock,” based on Acts 20. In his message, he gave a prayer topic to all the attendees, that they may be like the apostle Paul in serving campus students through 1:1 Bible studies with many tears in this generation of dried tears and perversity.

There was also a special lecture titled, “The early pioneering work of Seoul National University,” given by Joshua (Daejeon).  With joy and humor, he revealed the pioneering spirit of the early pioneers of SNU.

Afterward, there were special lectures and reports on Daily Bread given by Moses R., the meaning of UBF's 50th anniversary, and an update on UBF's 50th anniversary preparations by Moses Y., Elijah, and Moses L.

Then Dr. Samuel H. gave thanksgiving and prayer topics. He prayed that we may repent of all our sins and give thanks and glory to God through UBF's 50th anniversary. He prayed that we may also ask God for new direction for another 50 years of the UBF ministry. Most of all, he asked all the attendees to ignite the light of prayer for UBF's 50th anniversary in each chapter.

At the end, we had united prayer with one heart for the 50th anniversary, for the great work of the Holy Spirit through 10,000 united prayers, for the main messenger - Dr John, for the seminar speaker - M. Sarah, and for Dr. Samuel H. who is serving the 50th anniversary preparations. Afterward, we all had joyful fellowship together over dinner.
