M. Noah has been left alone in Tripoli, the capital of Libya. He is working in a government department and is safe because police are watching the government building.  His wife and two children have been staying in Malta for two months and are also safe. Malta is a small island located to the south of Italy. M. Noah wants to be reunited with his family as quickly as possible once the situation settles down and wants to remain in Libya to the end.
