April 23-24, Kyoungsung UBF held its Easter Bible conference at Kyoung Sung Center. The number of attendees was 124. The conference progressed in two groups, such as group A (Kyounghee medical school, Catholic medical school, music school), and group B (Kyounghee dental college, the college of pharmacy, college of oriental medicine). In order to learn about resurrection faith and how to invite new students, during this conference we all participated in memorizing 1 Corinthians 15.

The first day’s lecture was entitled, “Young Man Get Up," from Luke7, and it was given by Dr. Jungho Suh and Isaac Park. They boldly testified about Jesus who raised the young man from the dead that was laid in the bier; who blessed the centurion’s absolute faith toward Jesus’ word; and who healed the centurion’s servant who was about to die.

Isaac Park lived miles away from the Kyungsung UBF center and had difficulty in attending the early morning prayer meetings. But as he started praying earnestly, God answered his prayer right away and granted him a place nearby. He made a decision to serve God with a spirit of youth because he accepted God’s will for him to serve campus ministry since God led him to a house near the center allowing him to participate in early morning prayer, and enabling him to visit the campus to invite students.

After finishing the message we had a recitation contest of 1 Corinthians 15, dividing into groups of two or three and reciting and loudly shouting, “Where O death is your victory?" with confident faith in risen Christ.

On the second day we had Bible study and testimony sharing by organizing into groups by college. Then we had lecture 2 based on 1 Corinthians 15. It was divided into three parts and was delivered by Dr. Tae Young Kim, Dr. Dae Beum Moon, Sh. Soowon Chun (A group), Dr. Paul Choi, Sun Kim, and Sammoon Suh (B group).

We thank God for encouraging us to see a new vision to pioneer campuses by sending many new students who have a desire for Jesus through this conference. We also thank God for granting us message from Luke 7 and 1 Corinthians 15 and for strengthening us to prepare for the upcoming Korea UBF 50th anniversary and summer disciples conference.
