Hello! I am writing to report the mission work being done in KyungSung Chapter. In the fall semester of 2011, we held a Genesis Bible Academy in order to invite students. Every day, more than 20 students attended, and they earnestly listened to the lectures. They also shared their personal testimonies full of grace and we ate together.

We divided Genesis into 12 lessons. For the first week, we had a meeting for three days from Sept 27-29, and after that, we had one lecture every Wednesday. Every early prayer meeting, full-time shepherds and shepherdesses took care of their sheep through prayer. From 12 to 5 p.m., we invited sheep on each campus and had meetings with each of them.

Shepherd JeongHoon O (Dentist) spoke from Genesis Chapter 1, “God created heavens and the earth”; including many different scientific examples and metaphors. Shepherd Paul Choi(Dentist) delivered the second lecture “God promised the seed of redemption”, which revealed the passage well. Jun Eun Choi(Dentist) delivered the third lecture, “God called Abraham” filled with wit. Although it was his first time to deliver a message, he did so gracefully; he revealed the hope of God who called Abraham as “a source of blessing.” We had two to three testimony speakers together with every lecture, so that newcomer students could experience the grace of God.

We pray for God to help our Genesis Bible Academy to continue so students can meet the creator God, become a person who believes in the covenant of God, and live lives according to that hope. Also, we pray that God may help students become heirs of the kingdom, and advance God's work in our chapter.
