“Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him.” (Matthew 2:2)

We praise God for showing His faithful love for us by sending His Son Jesus to us in this dark and turbulent time. We worship this Jesus, the king of kings, with all our hearts. We thank God for blessing the united Christmas worship service in Mexico city area.

On December 18th, more than 450 people gathered at Villa Olympica auditorium in order to worship the Baby Jesus (40 from Iztacala , 7 from IPN, 8 from Santo Tomas, 16 from Cuautitlan, 4 from Querretaro). This worship service was opened with praises and “Hallelujah” chorus. Shep. Sergio delivered the good news of great joy on the birth of our Savior through his message on Matthew chapter 2  titled, “El Rey Ha Nacido” (The King Has Been Born). He declared that Jesus is the true king,who had come into this world in the form of a fragile baby in a manger in order to save the sin-sick, miserable souls through his sacrifice on the cross. And we worshiped our king, this baby Jesus with all our hearts and with the offerings we had prepared from our hearts.

In the second part of the worship service, there was a beautiful music by more than 30 members of orchestra, and special piece of the second gens from IPN, Iztacala, and CU chapter. After this, Iztacala UBF’s delightful and CU UBF’s beautiful dancing performances  Finally, a creative and spiritual modern drama, which was written by Shep. Sergio, moved our hearts and glorified God.
