Yonhee Center had a New Year Conference from December 31, 2011 until January 1, 2012 at the KangHwa Island Youth training center conference grounds. The main title of the conference was “Great Faith, Great Vision.”

Shepherd Sangi Moon delivered the opening message from Luke 11:1-2, “Your Kingdom Come.” The first main lecture delivered by Shepherd Saechan Lee was from Numbers 13-14, “Great Faith, Great Vision.” The second main lecture delivered by Shepherd Yountae Lee was from 2 Kings chapter 2, “Double Portion of Your Spirit”. The early morning devotion message was delivered by Shepherd Yongsoon Im from Psalm 57, “I will Awaken the Dawn.”

God delivered his people out of Egypt and parted the Red Sea so that they could enter the Promised Land. However because of Israel’s great fear of their strong enemies they did not enter the land that God had hoped and promised for them. At this Joshua and Caleb planted faith and courage that if we please God he will lead us to the land of Canaan. Through this conference God gave us faith and vision that he leads us to the campuses as our beautiful inheritance.  Elisha made a clear decision to take the way of suffering as a prophet and succeed Elijah. He had vision to ask for a double portion of Elijah’s spirit as a successor for God’s ministry.  Today, only when we receive a double portion of spirit can we serve this sinful and dark generation. On the evening of December 31 we looked back at the past year and based on the word of God wrote deep testimonies. Each one of us could hold on to a New Year key verse to start the New Year 2012.
