For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

This Christmas, Springfield UBF combined with Lincoln Park UBF for a very special service.  Lincoln Park ministry came down to Springfield to support and encourage our manger ministry this season.  Many of their coworkers and sheep came down one day before to have Bible study, eat together and have fellowship.  Shepherd Alex Foster and I both opened up our homes for a big sleep over the night before service.  Pastor Mark gave a gracious and heart-moving message on Isaiah 9:6.  Many of those from Springfield were so moved through his message and accepted the baby Jesus newly through it.  We were so thankful for Pastor Mark’s unconditional love and service toward Springfield.  Despite the long drive, he and Lincoln Park UBF were such a great blessing to us this Christmas season.  About 45 people came to the service and we had lunch in our home afterward.  I have attached some pictures.  God bless & happy new year!
