Yesterday I was diagnosed with the beginning of third stage stomach cancer at Kyounghee medical center. All of my stomach has to be removed because it is not possible to treat by endoscopy surgery through my stomach.  My doctor said that I need to have surgery immediately because though it is a rapidly spreading type of cancer, there still are no sign of that it has spread to other parts of my body according to the CT scan and other tests. Therefore I will be hospitalized on January 19th and have a surgery on January 20th at Seburance  Medical Center.  In addition I will see another doctor who is a famous cancer specialist from Samsung Medical Center.  If I can get an earlier date for surgery from Samsung Medical Center I may possibly have the surgery performed there.   

I pray that I may accept God's discipline love and his sovereignty in this matter.  May God have mercy on me so that the cancer may not spread.  May God grant a successful surgery and full recovery for his name's sake.
