Mother Barry's 82nd Birthday Celebration!

One Year Older, One Year Sweeter
Last Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 5:30 p.m., about 150 Chicago UBF members celebrated Sarah Barry’s 82nd birthday at the Chicago Center. She shared her birthday key verse on Colossians 2:6,7, with the title, “Continue to Live in Him.”
She reflected on memorable events of the previous year such as places she traveled and people she met, studied the Bible, and prayed with. She especially thanked God for using her house church with Mark and Anna Yang and Monica Barry to serve Bible study and many precious missionaries, shepherds and guests. They opened her home to anyone for Bible study, prayer, sumptuous meals, and the house favorite -- coffee.
Her prayer for 2012 is for their house church to encourage Bible study in Chicago and around the world. Happy Birthday, Mother Barry!!
