At its August 16, 2014 meeting, UBF International Advisory Members (IAM) approved four new IEB members: Dr. Augustine Sohn (UBF North America new president) succeeded Dr. James Kim who served as president for eight years. P. Moses Lee (Korea senior staff) succeeded P. Daniel Rhee (missionary to South Africa).  E. Abraham Joung (Korea board of elders) succeeded E. Daniel Yang (North America board of elders). M. Timoteo Rhee (Latin America senior staff) succeeded Dr. Mark Yoon (North America senior staff).

The IEB members are nominated by the General Director and/or the IEB, and approved at a regular meeting of the IAM.  The terms of office for eight non-ex-officio members are four years. No member can serve more than two consecutive terms. Terms are staggered so that two members rotate off of the Board and two new members join every other year.  This Board works in close coordination with the General Director to carry out under his direction the mission of the University Bible Fellowship. It reports to the IAM at regular meetings. (UBF International Bylaws Article 7.3)
