I praise God who blessed our Christmas Worship Service abundantly held on Dec. 9, 2012, in Caracas, Mérida and Maracaibo. There were more than 330 participants from Caracas chapter, 16 from Merida chapter, and about 30 from Maracaibo chapter (totaling over 370 participants). Valles del Tuy chapter will have their SWS on Dec. 15. Caracas chapter rented an auditorium of the UCV (Central University of Venezuela) which has 400 seats. We prayed for more than 300 participants for the big auditorium and God sent us more people than we expected.

 

M. Juan Seo delivered the Christmas message based on Mt. 2:1-12, entitled "We Have Come to Worship Him." He focused on the worship that we have to give to our Lord in this Christmas season. After the message, Brother Ciro y Sister Mary shared their testimonies. Our Hallelujah choir was very beautiful and was even better than in previous years. We praised God with CBF dancing, Venezuela traditional dancing, a musical by JBF, a drama and Parranda (Venezuelan traditional Christmas songs). Afterward, we had lunch together with Hallaca (Traditional Christmas food), chicken salad, bread, etc. We had prepared lunch for 350 people, so it was hard work, but all of our members cooperated and did everything as their worship to God.
