Bonn UBF

Thank God for establishing a new house church between Happy Maria and Samuel Ryu in Bonn, Germany on June 25, 2013. The wedding took place at a beautiful National Park, called Kurparka, in the conference site with about 300 guests from US, Korea, China, Swiss, Sweden, Greece, Czech and many other countries.

Dr. John Jun officiated the wedding. He spoke on Genesis 12:2 as a wedding address. "You will be a blessing" was the main theme of the wedding. His message was simple, but meaningful even to new comers.

>The bridegroom, Samuel is the first son of M. Samuel Peter and Hannah Ryu in Mainz. In his adolescent, he wandered around and moved to Bonn. Through deep Bible study, he met Jesus personally and entered Bonn University, majoring in Economics and graduated last year in C.

Happy Maria Park is the first daughter of M. James and Johanna Park. She came to Bonn to study music. When she had the entrance interview, a vocal music professor in Köln discouraged her to be the vocalist. But Dr. Peter Chang encouraged her according to John 11:40 and she practiced every morning after Daily Bread meeting. After two years, she applied to Köln University again. The professor who interviewed Happy Maria two years ago was amazed by her voice improvement and accepted her as one of her students. She graduated with an Honor last year.

Everyone was joyful seeing how God led this new couple. We all prayed that they may be a source of blessing.
