Dusseldorf & Neuss UBF

June 1, 2013

Praise God who brought together 5 families from the Dusseldorf/Neuss region to celebrate in a united worship service on May 19. Msn. Abraham Kong moved from Bonn to Neuss (a neighboring city of Dusseldorf) in November of last year. He invited us to celebrate a united worship service and asked M. Daniel Park (Dusseldorf I) to give a message of blessing. M. Daniel Park remembered that God sent him as a missionary with Psalm 1 and so he delivered a message based on this word. Through Psalm 1 we received clear direction:  a.) to withstand the trend of the world (V1); b.) to meditate on God´s word day and night with joy (V2); c.) to bear remaining fruit of disciple-making. All of us shouted together: "Where God´s word is meditated, there will be a future!" The families of Titus Keller, Joshua Lee, Timothy Yoon, Abraham Kong and Daniel Park are now united in this direction to serve more than 30,000 students in Dusseldorf and Neuss. We love M Abraham KongĖ‹s family. His family members are M Ruth, Sara (11), Ruth (10), Elisabeth (6), Grace (5) and Ester (3). Please pray for this family. M. Abraham Lee, M. Peter Lee and M. Johannes Lee from Cologne joined and blessed us. Attached you will find the summary of the message (The message was preached in German, but summarized in Korean) and also photos (in front of M Abraham Kong’s house church).
