Praise God for blessing the 2013 ISBC abundantly with his gracious word. Colombia UBF held a two-day conference at our Bible center on Aug 18-19. I delivered three messages from John 16:33, “We Have Overcome the World.” M. Juana served the group Bible studies, food, and special music program.
Among the Bible students who came last year, five persons began to grow since Easter Bible Academy. For this conference, they began to have more spiritual desire and participated in the preparation for the conference. Although the conference was held at the center, the participants listened carefully to the messages and sang songs of praise from their heart. Through this conference, God gave me hope that the students could be transformed by the word of God and be raised as shepherds. Also, this time I realized the importance of having our own center. With only several members, it hasn't been easy to maintain our Bible center; we couldn't find one that is cheaper. But through this conference, we realized newly how important it is to have a center like this. Please pray for me and M. Juana to have spiritual strength and financial capacity to maintain our Bible center well.
