Many thanks for your prayers.
Susanna had an operation last Wednesday. The doctor said it was really successful and the result was very encouraging. Initially, Susanna had to go through chemotherapy first because the cancer spread to the peritoneum and omentum and the surgery wouldn't be able to remove all of them. But God put his healing hands on Susanna so that she responded so well with chemo. The cancer decreased so much that she (the female surgeon) was able to remove all the cancer during the operation. The surgeon said the operation was very straightforward as the cancer cells are only left on both ovaries and the bottom side of the peritoneum. Now there is no residual disease and she said it was an important milestone in the treatment.

Susanna is in the hospital for recovery now and may come back on Monday, November 25. There were many ups and downs during the last 3 months, but by God's grace and healing, Susanna is getting better and stronger each day. Many thanks for your love and prayers for us. We can't be thankful enough.

Susanna and I currently pray that
•Susanna may recover well and be able to resume chemotherapy from Dec 2
•Susanna may eat well and do mild exercise to stay fit for the treatment
•The cancer may not come back

Thank God for his grace and thank you for your prayer.

Many kind regards,

Andrew
