We held the Europe Coworkers' Online Conference with around 140 participants online on December 27th and 28th! The participation of the younger generation was remarkable.

(1) We had a Bible study on Mark 11:20-25. Then Pastor Ron delivered his message on the annual keyword for 2024 entitled "Have Faith in God" (online). Pastor Ron preached that the problems of the time seem to be mountainous, but we will level up our faith that can move mountains. We experienced the power of faith through the preparation for and through the 2023 ISBC. We can have faith and pray to move the mountains of our problems and obstacles and to have forgiving faith. Everyone has someone they can hardly forgive, but Jesus forgave even those on the cross who crucified him. We can look to Him and forgive the very person we can barely forgive. Then God will perform miracles in Europe and through the ESBC.

(2) Reiner gave a message and explained why the Orga team chose the conference title "The Way". The program draft and the status of the preparation were explained, followed by a Q&A session.

(3) We pray that through the ESBC, Jesus will be revealed clearly as the Way, and all participants can renew their life direction. We pray, especially, that many young people will meet Jesus very personally.

(4)  We pray for Reiner and Bruno as the conference coordinators, for Hanna S., who coordinates hosting and the post-conference tour, and for the beautiful coworking of the Orga team and 28 task groups between young and old. Thank you for your prayer.
