The Joint Fall Bible Conference (Nov 03~05, 2023) of Bonn-City UBF, Koblenz UBF, and Aschaffenburg UBF took place in Vallendar near Koblenz. The title of the conference was: "Jesus, A Servant of All."

1) Main lectures by four messengers:
-M. Peter H. (Mark 1:21-39 "Jesus' Work with the word of God and prayer
-Christoph T. (Mark 10:35-45: "Jesus, my ransom")
-Alexander R. (Mark 2:1-17 "Jesus serves with authority and hope."
-M. Peter L. (Philippians 2:1-11: "The attitude of a servant").

Through the four messages, we learned how Jesus devotedly served people from early morning until late evening with prayer and the Word of God. We were greatly encouraged to follow Jesus' example and serve the young people, as he did, because the Word of God and prayer have the power to cast out evil spirits, heal and change people, and because it gives them strength and hope to live a life pleasing to God. We were encouraged to look to Jesus, who served us out of his great love by humbly obeying God's word and giving his life as a ransom on the cross. Through him, we are set free from the power of Satan and the power of sin and may now serve God in a new life. We can become truly great people before God by imitating Jesus' life and serving people as Jesus served us.

2) Special presentations
-by Mary D. on Scottish missionary John Paton
-by Sara-Maria P. on Mother Sarah Barry, whose simple obedience of faith and dedicated service to the redemptive work of God greatly encouraged us to give our whole lives to campus ministry to bring the glad and saving message of the gospel to students lost in sin and to make disciples of Jesus.

3) We thank God for special guests from abroad and their prayer support: Liz H. from Triton UBF and Samuel S. from SNU 3 UBF.
We pray that God will continue to change us into the image of Jesus through the power of His Word and the prayer support of our coworkers and that we will grow into influential servants of God through whom God will do His works.

In Jesus' love, H. Joachim D.
