He made us alive with Christ
São Paulo UBF held the 2023 Easter Conference from April 21 to 23, titled “He made us alive with Christ” based on Ephesians 2:5, "made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved." Moses P. a secong gen preached on Ephesians 2:1-10, that we were dead for following the ways of this world and our flesh, but God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ and now we live as new creatures for the good works in Christ. The message of Luke 8:26-39 "What is your name?" by M. João L., showed our inner man dead in sins and made us aware of our true identity as "beloved children of God." The message on John 11:1-46 by M. Ester C. J. showed us that Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life for those who live in disbelief, sadness, fatalism, and the power of death. We also studied how God worked in Abraham's life, helping him live a life full of vision (Genesis 15, Sam J.) and grow in faith (Genesis 22- Vanessa P.). As a closing message, M. Josué A. preached on Daniel 12, "Be wise and lead many to righteousness" that we should wait for God's reward in the resurrection and eternal life.
