The last Global Prayer Mobilization took place on July 22nd, 2023. It was a bittersweet final meeting. Over 70 intercessors gathered to pray after meeting in small weekly prayer groups, as we have done for the past eight months. We worshiped together with Chicago UBF. Heather K. of LA UBF was our representative prayer servant. David Park, the co-regional coordinator of the west coast, gave us an inspiring message on Acts 2:17; he encouraged us to pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit for the ISBC, based on God's promise in Acts "your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams." Pastor David Kim, chair of the HQ World Mission department, gave prayer topics: That the glory of Christ may be revealed through nine messengers, 12 testimony speakers, over 200 GBS leaders, 28 IG sessions, international chorus & orchestra, praise & worship, and all programs; that young people may catch God's vision and a new generation of gospel workers may be raised; that International delegates may all receive visas; for Vision Camp taking place on 7/27-8/3 and the Missionaries-Shepherds Conference on 8/1-3. We then divided into groups to pray.
