(GERMANY) Cologne, Bonn City, Dresden, and Wuppertal UBF Had a Joint Easter Retreat With a Focus on Fellowship With Jesus Based on Luke 23-24

Cologne UBF hosted a joint Easter retreat with the theme "Jesus Is Truly Risen." Dresden UBF, Bonn City UBF, and Wuppertal UBF joined. The focus was fellowship with Jesus based on Luke 23-24 and fellowship with each other. We ate together, played music, and enjoyed excursions into nature.
On Good Friday, there was Bible study on Luke 23:32-49 followed by a sermon by J*osef Phan. Afterwards, we burned notes of our debts and sins, symbolizing redemption by Jesus death on the cross. On Holy Saturday, we went to the forest and botanical garden to play sports, games, and take a garden tour. We ended the day with praise and worship. On Easter Sunday, N*oah Kang delivered a sermon from Luke 24:13-35. Then, we had barbecue and prayed together. We finished the retreat on Monday with a hike to Emmaus Church (11 km). Through this retreat, God has planted and revived resurrection faith in each of us. Thank you Jesus.
