M. Joshua Hong (Director)

*M. Joshua Hong and his family recently moved from Chicago to Urbana-Champaign in order to serve the pioneering ministry at U*niversity of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (U*IUC). He and his wife served Chicago ministry for 14 years and then UC ministry for 16 years.

We had the first Sunday worship service and began "A new life series" based on John 3:1-21 (Be born again Nicodemus, be born again by the Spirit, Be born again by the Son of Man, and Be born again by God's love).

Dylan, Daniel, Grace, and Joshua worshipped together. We prayed for U of I community to taste the wine Jesus made even through.

We have a few prayer topics

1. Grow to be a missional community
2. Dylan, Daniel, and Kwesi maybe stewards for the community, Kwesi and Rich (work) may join for fellowship and worship.
3. Joshua and Grace may well-adjust the new environment.
4. My children, Faith, Pauline, and Joshua Hong may grow in a personal relationship with Jesus and have God's calling in their lives.

Thank God for P. John Seo's visit last Friday and prayed for us on the campus. Thank you for your prayer and support.
