(OCEANIA) The Oceania Summer Bible Online Conference was held from January 1 to 3, 2021

The title of the Oceania Summer Bible conference was "Living Hope." Participants came from five countries: Australia, New Zealand, Mongolia, Korea, and the USA.
There were five messages:
Lecture 1: 2nd-gen D*aniel Yang of Melbourne spoke on 1 Peter 1:1-12, “A Living Hope.”
Lecture 2: P*aakofi of Canberra spoke on 1 Peter 1:13-2:2, “A Spiritual Growth.”
Lecture 3: Dr. U*che Ngwaba of Sydney West from Nigeria spoke on 1 Peter 2:4-10, “A True Identity.”
Lecture 4: J*ohn Jun of Macquarie spoke on 1 Peter 4:1-19, “Participating in Jesus' Sufferings.”
Lecture 5: N*ehemiah Lim of Auckland, New Zealand spoke on 1 Peter 5:1-14.
There were four selective lectures on 4 topics:
1. “Godly Relationships” by G*race Jun (Macquarie II)
2. “Spiritual Warfare” by R*ebekah Kang (Sydney West II) and F*ei Mo (Malvern Uni 4)
3. “Cross-cultural Leadership” by M*ichael Ho (Brisbane)
4. “Catechism” by guest lecturer Dr. J*in Heung Kim (Sydney College of Divinity)
Lastly, there were five creative Oceania Night Performances:
1. Brisbane UBF - "A Living Hope" (Video-based on Eric Liddell's life)
2. Canberra UBF - “The Conversion of Paul” (Drama)
3. Macquarie UBF - “Way Maker” (Choir)
4. Melbourne UBF - “I Will Follow Him” (Music video)
5. Sydney West UBF – “When Jesus Say, Yes!” (Dance)
By God's blessing, the Oceania missionaries, leaders, and members were able to start off the new year with a living hope!
