After Dr. Augustine S.' message, the members reviewed God’s work in North America (92 chapters), 5 Departments (Education, World mission, New generation, Christian unity, and Daily Bread) and 6 committees (CME, UBF history, IT, Medical mission, and HQ Web news and Relief committee). 

P. Moses reported God's work in UBF entirely in 2019 including 28 Short Term missionaries, successful ESBC, CIS international conferences, Vision Camp and GLEF, etc. He appointed and reappointed NA chapter directors and treasurers. 

New representative members were approved (Paul L., David C., Isaac L. (all from Canada), Grace I. (Chicago), and James P. (Washington DC). 

New NA elders were elected: President Dr. Augustine S., Vice President Jim R., Recording secretary James A., elder Paul K., and Luke H. (Canada), Joseph C. (Washington), Abraham L. (N.Y.), David C. (L.A.) to remain on the board. 

P. Moses Y. gave the following prayer topics:

1. With 2020 KV (MK 10:45) We may serve and give our life for world campus mission 

2. N. America may engage in 5000 1:1 battle

3. God bless upcoming conferences: German leaders' conference (2/20-22) to unite German coworkers for Europe revival and 3 Latin conferences to make Latin a missionary sending continent, ME Q nation conference on 4/9-11 

4. 100,000 self-supporting missionaries to 233 nations by 2041 through one to one disciple-making ministry
