• PLACE: Club Santa Maria located in southeast in Mexico and 50km (31miles) distance from Mexico City

• TRAFFIC NOTIFICATION DURING THE CONFERENCE: The Conference will be held during the Easter holiday period. Make sure that we will be tied to traffic congestion on that day. It might be taken more than 1 hour and 30 min to get to the conference site from the airport. The conference check-In will begin at 14:00 and the main program starts at 16:00. (See detailed program schedules on the attached file below) I recommend you to arrive at the airport before 13:00.
• VISA ISSUES: The US and Korean tourists and business visitors can stay in Mexico for up to 180 days. 
• REGISTRATION FEE: USD $150 per person and it applies to all international delegates and guests.
• PAYMENT METHOD: Only onsight payment is available with cash when you arrive at the conference site. 
• CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE: By no later than April 1st, please send us your airline ticket information so that we ensure whether you attend.

• 교통체증관련 정보: 부활절 시즌에 수양회가 개최될 예정이어서 극심한 교통 체증이 예상되며 이로 인해 공항에서 수양회 장소까지 약 1시간에서 1시간 반이 소요될 예정입니다. 수양회는 오후 4시부터 열릴 예정이며, 적어도 멕시코 공항에는 오후 1시에 도착하는것을 조언합니다. 
• 비자문제: 미국이나 한국에서 방문하시는분들이나 또는 비지니스 관련되어 방문하시는 분들은 약 180일까지 체류가능합니다. 
• 수양회 등록회비: $150 (모든 해외 방문자 및 멕시코 국내 거주자 포함)

• SPECIAL TRAVEL NOTIFICATION: 4/9-12 is the Easter holiday season. Latin people return to their home country. Therefore, from Feb, it may be hard to find the airplane tickets and be more expensive every day. Now, January, the ticket price is around $389 which is the lowest cost from Chicago O'Hare airport, USA to San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
• ARRIVAL CITY: San Pedro Sula, Airport Ramon Villeda Morales, Honduras
• VISA: No visa required for 3 months staying in Honduras (the US, Korea passport and most countries)
• WEATHER: Summer humid (For island tours, we recommend to bring swimsuits): Daytime - Mostly humid and dry & Nighttime: Cool and dry. Please check internet weather services for April weather in Honduras
