THE SOVEREIGN LORD IS MY STRENGTH

Switzerland Continuing Missionary Education (CME)

"The Sovereign Lord is my strength" (Hab. 3:19)

M. Samuel and Anna L. stayed in Switzerland from August 12-19 in order to prepare for CME educations and to serve five Eastern European countries. During staying in Switzerland, M. Samuel also served M. Paul and Sarah L. with the Bible study of Zephaniah and Habakkuk. For the Habakkuk study, M. Johannes and Susanna K. joined from the Bern. Studying Habakkuk at Candextek, surrounded by over 3000 meters of a high peak, the prophet's last prayer echoed in our missionaries' hearts, “The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.”

At Sunday worship service in Geneva UBF chapter on August 18, M. Samuel and Anna encouraged a few brothers and sisters, Otto, Theo, Paul, and Sarah Junior.

Thank God for encouraging the native brothers and the second-gens through the Bible studies. Thank God for the Holy Spirit who is always with us enabling us to have the true joy, happiness, and blessings.

"주 여호와는 나의 힘이시라" (합 3:19)

이사무엘, 이안나 선교사님께서 8월12-19일 스위스에 머무시면서 동부유럽 5개국의 CME 교육을 위한 말씀묵상과 끊임없는 기도로 준비하셨습니다. 그리고 스바냐서와 하박국서 전체 성경공부로 이바울, 이사라 선교사들을 섬겨주셨습니다. 하박국서 공부에는 베른센터의  김요하네스, 수산나 선교사님들도 동참했습니다. 3000 미터가 넘는 고봉으로 둘러싸인 칸덱스텍에서 하박국서를 공부하는데, 선지자의 마지막 기도가 우리 선교사들의 마음에 울려 퍼졌습니다. “주 여호와는 나의 힘이시라 ! 나의 발을 사슴과 같게 하사 나를 나의 높은 곳으로 다니게 하시리로다!” 8월 18일 제네바센타 주일예배에서 이사무엘, 이안나 선교사님께서 오트마 목자, 테오형제와 폴과 사라 쥬니어를 격려하시고 일일히 중보기도를 해주셔서 현지형제들과 2세들이 용기를 얻게 되어서 감사를 드립니다.  성령님께서 함께 하시고 기뻐하시며 섬세하게 도와 주시고 축복해 주심을 감사드립니다.
