“After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper” (1Ki 19:12).

On Feb.16, 2019 Korea UBF held its national daily bread directors and managers meeting with the title, “A Gentle Whisper from God” at Dr. Samuel Lee hall, Jongro UBF center, Seoul, Korea. In all,  80 people attended from UBF local chapters all across the country. It started with group Bible study divided in 6 groups led by Mark Yoon, Stephen Kim, GeumChul In, ChangMoo Lee, Spurgeon Lee, and Seongwoon Lee, based on 1Kings 19:1-18. After having lunch fellowship there was a graceful main lecture, “ A Gentle Whisper from God” (1Ki 19:1-18), given by Seongwoon Lee (Yonhee1 UBF).

This was followed by heart-moving testimonies by Sungwook Kweon (Yonhee1), Hayoung Kim (Anam1), Mark Park (Hanyang1), and KiHyun Chun (Yonhee1).

After the testimony sharing there was an award ceremony for those who faithfully did daily bread for 365 days during the last year. Among all UBF members in Korea, there were 159 people from 39 local chapters who faithfully did daily bread every day in 2018.

We finished the meeting praying earnestly all together that we may listen to the voice of God daily through faithfully daily bread writing in 2019, so that we may be strengthened to overcome the world and be a blessing to the campuses in Korea.
