Our theme was "Should I not be concerned?" from Jonah to learn God's shepherd heart toward evil Nineveh people. Total 34 willing leaders attended (including 4 missionary families, 3 senior shepherd's family, and 20 student and graduate leaders.) It was to support the newly growing students shepherds who asked how to practically shepherd their sheep since we studied from September, '10 shepherdology series' on every Sunday. In addition, we wanted to equip ourselves about how to engage deep Bible study with their sheep. So, S. Otieno gave us a lecture on Inductive Bible study method from ISBC missionary conference about how to study the Bible and teach sheep independently. We had 5 Bible study groups, practiced Inductive Bible study by reading the passage more than 10 times, then find out themes, title and key verses, preparing question paper by each group and the representative of the each group presented them. The student leaders thanked God for having a new, basic skill about how to study the Bible personally. We pray to invite a few experts and extend our next year conference dates and train ourselves more thoroughly to be, "workmen who do not need to be ashamed and who correctly handle the word of truth" (2Tim. 2:15)
