CRAVE PURE SPIRITUAL MILK

Seong Woon Lee - Department of Daily Bread

"Crave pure spiritual milk like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation." (1Peter 2:2)

On February 10, 2018, Korea UBF national daily bread directors & treasures meeting was held with the title "Crave pure spiritual milk" at Dr. Samuel Lee Hall in Seoul Korea. Total 75 people attended from UBF local chapters. From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, we had a graceful group Bible study on 1Peter 1:13-2:3 divided in five groups led by Sh. Seongwoon Lee, Mark Yoon, Stephen Kim, Young Chan Oh and Spurgeon Lee.  After lunch Sh. Seongwoon Lee delivered the main message, "Crave pure spiritual milk" on 1Peter 1:13-2:3. After the message we heard graceful testimonies by Sh. Elijah Han of Gwanju1,6, Bulssi Lee of Baebong, Jinhee Lee of Yonhee2, Deborah Her of Wulsan who did daily bread for 365 days in 2017.  

After the testimony sharing, there was an award ceremony for those who faithfully served the daily bread ministry wholeheartedly in 2017. Among all ubf members in Korea, there were 109 members from 34 local UBF chapters, who faithfully did daily bread for 365 days in 2017. Korea UBF Director, Shepherd Moses Lee, conducted the award ceremony and gave a word of encouragement to the attendees.  

At the end, daily bread directors, treasurers, and all the attendants decided to be good examples in their own chapters by doing daily bread everyday and they earnestly prayed together to keep this decision in 2018.

We pray that we may continue to publish new daily bread books both in Korean and English which can inspire all daily bread readers. We also pray for our daily bread department to remain financially independent.
