On January 23,  Korea UBF held its annual Members Meeting. The budget report and audit report were shared, and the members passed them both as its original budget. 

Also, new board members Elijah Lee, John Nah, Abraham Han, Moses Koo, Kibum Bang and Abraham Lee (Auditor) were elected by members. They will be joining the existing board members: David Lee, Isaiah Lee, Luke Lee, Moses Lee, Stephan Ahn, Paul Kim and Moses Yoon. 

Outgoing board members are David Kim, Abraham Jung, James Suh, Byoungdoo Lee, Moses Park and Jonathan Park (Auditor).
