The Lord God richly blessed 2015 Korea Annual Staff Conference with 3 powerful messages with more than 80 staffs including P. Abraham, Sarah and 8 missionaries in Somang church retreat center near Seoul from December 7-9. The title was " Fix your eyes on Jesus!" 3 messages were, "The word from Zion" (Isaiah 2.1-22) by S. Joseph Noh of WulSan. "Fix your eyes on Jesus" (Heb 12:1-29) by S. Caleb Choi of Daejun. "Jesus is forever the same" (Heb 13.1-25) by S. Bokum Ju of Baebong. All staffs were greatly encouraged accepting each staff, UBF and Korea as the Zion, high above all mountains from where the word will flow and to where all people of all the world will come. By writing and sharing deep reflection from Heb 12, we all could have a clear direction and conviction of victory for 2016 by fixing our eyes on Jesus who is the same forever. We were happy to see M. Daniel Rhee (South Africa) who praised God for giving him a new heart through surgery to dedicate his life all the more. M. David Baik (NY UBF) said it was his first time to participate in Korea staff conference and it was one of the happiest time among many conferences with full of word of God. We heard and prayed for 4 pioneering chapters. We prayed especially for 2016 World Mission Conference and missionary conference (6.5-8) with the following prayer topics: 

1. Pastor Abraham Kim may prepare and deliver the Conference message
2. 4 LifeTestimony and mission reporters from 6 continents
3. God bless the preparation of Cultural exhibitions (Spurgeon Lee, Seung Won Kim and Joshua Lim)
4. Missionary Conference messages based on Deuteronomy (messengers and reporters)
5. workshop leaders
