Key verse: 2 Timothy 4 “Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage - with great patience and careful instruction.”

After I received this key verse for the year of 2014, I have struggled to preach the word by correcting, rebuking and encouraging with great patience and careful instruction as a Bible teacher and messenger in Denmark. Especially I focused on my two children for raising them as future spiritual leaders and Bible teachers in Denmark. For this we studied the Bible together every Saturday and then I delivered a short message in Sunday worship service. After Sunday worship service, we wrote a testimony based on the key verse to build and root our faith in God’s words. And we memorized the key verse of each Bible study and we all memorized one after another when we had every Daily Bread prayer meeting. During the first half of the year we studied 1 Samuel and 1 Timothy. And then we studied 2 Timothy, 1 Peter and Mark’s Gospel during the second half of the year 2014. At the same time we made new Bible study notes of these books.

We gathered at home every evening at 8 pm for having Daily Bread and prayer meeting from Monday to Friday. First we read the Danish Bible text of Daily Bread together each day. And then one of our children read the Korean Daily Bread for Juniors. Then we shared our personal and world mission prayer topics and prayed together. Personally, I read Daily Bread and prayed on the bus going to work every day. Msn. Pauline also struggled hard having Daily Bread and praying every morning and night.

God has blessed and used our two children as 2nd generation missionaries who would serve music programs at every Sunday worship service and European Summer Bible conference. They are growing up as 2nd generation missionaries in the spiritual environment of prayer and the word of God.

In this summer my family and I visited Korea. My father was hospitalized at a nursing home having dementia. We visited him every day and prayed for him together. He accepted Jesus as his Savior.

We attended European Director’s Conference in Poland. And we also attended the European Summer Bible Conference in Germany. Through these events we have had a good fellowship with other coworkers. Especially I have learned the secret and power of faith in God, which is fully depending on the Holy Spirit and the word of God. I personally learned that I have to meditate on the word of God very personally and deeply by the help of the Holy Spirit as a Bible teacher and messenger.

Msn. Pauline Lee has had a good relationship with Anne and Anna. We pray that she will have Bible study with them. We have prayed and visited Denmark’s Technical University to meet students and invite them to the Bible study. And Msn Pauline Lee has begun to study for her Master’s Degree in didactic method and mathematics at Aarhus University called DPU in the fall. She prays that she can manage the study and serve one faithful Bible student at DPU.
