“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.” (Luke2:11)

I praise and thank God for Jesus who came down from heaven to save us from the power of sin and death. When I look back over the year 2014, I could not but give thanks to God.

On Jan. 25, 2014, I visited Korea in order to prepare many things for the CME in the Middle East.

From Feb. 24 to March 2, by God's grace, I could serve M. P’s family and the brothers and sisters at P nation through studying the book of Ephesians & Galatians.  These studies were full of grace despite the region being very dangerous. I was moved and thanked God because I could see a great work of God among the 30 disciples who are sincerely coming and worshiping God even in such a spiritual wasteland.

From March 3 to March 9 I went to visit L nation. Though that nation also was in an unstable security situation God enabled me to finish CME well. There M. N and J were serving the Lord. Especially I pray for M. N to overcome their difficult situation and continue to serve God in the mission field as a lamp of David.

From March 10 to 16 I could serve CME in S nation. That country is also undergoing severe persecution and religious surveillance as well. Most of their disciples transferred to the South and 15 students remained in the ministry under M. P’s family care. Currently, his wife is staying in E nation for her visa problem. Please pray for M. P’s family.

From March 17 to 23 I served CME in S nation. There M. B and Ab are serving the Lord. Especially M. Ab’s family took a week off from work in order to participate in CME, so I thanked God for their heart desire. M. B’s family needs your prayer support to be self-supporting.

From March 24 to 30 I could serve CME in Q nation. There one family is faithfully serving the Lord. Please pray for the growing disciples to be firm in the faith and to be spiritual leaders for that country.

From March 31 to April 6, I served CME in A nation. I saw the beautiful lives of two families who are diligently serving the native students in Christ.

From April 7 to 13, I served CME in L nation. There one family is serving the Lord taking care of their growing disciples. Please pray for the growing disciples to be raised as spiritual leaders for that country.

From Aug 1 to 11, I visited Moscow helping the lecturers for the CIS conference. From Aug 14 to 17, I served the EU conference. Especially I thanked God for raising promising young messengers through the conference who were full of grace.

On Aug 30 in Seoul, Korea God enabled me to conduct the wedding ceremony between David Shin & Anna Na as a missionary family for Czech.

From Sep 26 to Nov 12, God enabled me to serve CME in OCEANIA.

There are 4 chapters serving the Lord in that region:  Sydney (Aquila Lee), Macquarie (Mark Lee), Canberra (Joshua Lee), and Melbourne (Joseph Sim).

Once, a certain chapter had a co-working problem with each other in the ministry. However, God worked among them and restored their good relationships through CME and I thanked God for this.

At Auckland in New Zealand I served CME from Nov 3 to 12. There is one family, the family of M. Nehemiah Lim, serving the Lord. His family needs prayer support for their financial problems and for their second daughter, who has a disease. Especially they need more help through CME I believe. Through serving CME in Oceania I discovered that Australia is ready to raise native disciples actively.

On Nov 26 I again visited Korea and prepared CME for the Asian region while waiting for a visa.

As for my CME, beginning from 2012 God enabled me to serve CME starting with Europe and CIS until now.  In this year I could serve the Islamic region, Middle East, Africa and Oceania.  In this upcoming New Year 2015 I am going to serve CME in the region of Asia and am preparing for it now. I thank God for allowing me to share CME work with Chicago UBF board members and Korea UBF board members as well.  I thank God also for using me to deliver the Christmas message at Jongro and Gwanak3 UBF joint worship service and for having spiritual conversation and fellowship with the young generation in the ministry.

I express my heartfelt thanks to you all for your prayer support for my CME.

May God always be with you giving you necessary health and being fruitful as well in 2015.
