Praise and thank God who blessed Tuesday Hannah¡¯s meeting so abundantly with 37 attendees. We began the meeting singing songs. M Daniela Lee, Joy Shin, Paulina Kim, and Faith Grady prepared singspiration, and we used powerpoint for the first time for singspiration. Tim McEathron and M. Elijah Park helped us.

Through the strong work of the Holy Spirit, I was chosen as a leader for Hannah¡¯s meeting. So I prayed a lot for God¡¯s mercy upon this meeting. As the meeting began, I gave a 5-minute message from Luke 9 titled, ¡°Listen to him.¡± The gist of the message was the need for prayer and deep Bible study through testimony writing in order to listen to Jesus.

Missionaries Susie Han (going to Romania on Sun, Feb. 7) and Monica Barry (going to Uganda on Monday, Feb. 8) shared their testimonies and prayer topics. M Deborah Kim and M. Helen Kim prayed for them, and the young missionaries sang special songs for them. After, we had dinner. Five missionaries (whose birthdays are in Feb) prepared food for the meeting. They were M. Pauline Moon, M. Grace Jeon, M. Anna Ahn, M. Theresa Kim and M. Rebekah Chung.

Then we had testimony sharing by M. Paulina Kim, M. Faith Grady, M. Beth Joung, and M. Anna Yang. Then we prayed two-by-two for P. Ron and our Luke¡¯s gospel study, UIC (due to Muslim awareness week), campus coordinators, especially P. Kevin and Steve Stasinos, the Latin directors¡¯ conference, the N. America directors¡¯ conference messengers, and M. Anna Kim in Moscow. The next Hannah¡¯s meeting will be Tuesday, March 2, 2010 @ 6:30.

May God raise our precious women missionaries as great prayer warriors who can support God¡¯s work with prayers.
