Chongro II Summer Conference Report

Chongro II of Korea had their summer conference July. 45 Bible students, 30 students and others joined for a total of 134 attendants at the conference. In preparations and during the conference, there was beautiful co-working between the older and younger generations. Tob Kang, Joshua Kim, Gidean Seo, Myung Song as well as Fighting Hong and Joseph Jr. served the messages. Most of the messengers were moved to tears during their messages. Testimonies based on these messages were very deep and sincere. Many turned to the Lord and grew closer to him.

Eleven people wrote fifty page life testimonies and shared their reduced versions at the conference. Their testimonies revealed God's grace. Through this, they were established fully as leaders. There were new programs: power point messages, an open mic concert, impromptu dramas, etc.. These new programs were very good. We want to do them again next year. New comers liked the messages with movie clips. The most popular program was the impromptu dramas. After this conference, freshman students will begin testimony sharing in groups under Pauline (Yu Jung) Choi. The group name is ¡®New Exodus¡¯--please pray for this.

Eight members of Chongro II will go on a vision trip and will visit UBF ministries in Heiderberg, Mainz, Bonn, abd Koln in Germany as well as ministries in Belgium and France. After that they will attend the European Summer Bible Conference.
