After the Asian Directors¡¯ conference, most directors left Japan to return to their mission fields. However, Dr. John Jun, Sun Ji Jun, M. Jimmy and Maria Lee, Jacob and Esther Lee, Steve and Alison Sega, Barnabas Baik, Joshua Jin, Peter Ban Suk Lee remained in Tokyo and attended the Tokyo UBF SWS.

Dr. John Jun delivered the message based on Galatians 5:16-26, entitled ¡°Live by the Spirit.¡± When we accept Jesus personally, we receive the Holy Spirit. But because of our sinful natures, the pipeline of the Holy Spirit becomes blocked. The pipelines of some people completely block and open only once per year. Others open their pipelines once per week. But the pipeline of some people opens all the time because they pray and repent daily through Bible study. Dr. John Jun delivered this message so powerfully that everyone accepted God¡¯s words and was very joyful. After his message, a new missionary family from Canada, Ray and Tsukasa Grondin¡¯s family with two children, was introduced and M. Ray Grondin shared his life-testimony and prayer topics. They arrived in Japan just before the Asian Directors¡¯ conference and will go to Oita, Japan and pioneer Oita University. May God use Tokyo UBF as the power station of world mission for 38 nations in Asia.
