¡°Through him and for his name¡¯s sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith (Rom 1:5).¡±
By God¡¯s grace, three new house churches were established on Nov. 28, 2008 in Mongol UBF chapter II. Sh. Daniel Lee from Namsan, Korea came and blessed them with wedding messages. Along with him, 5 shepherds from Namsan, M. Joseph Song and Mongol chapter I missionaries attended these weddings and blessed them with all their hearts.
1. Tserendawaa and Tungalag¡¯s family
Sh. Tserendawaa is teaching at National Agricultural College as a full-time lecturer. The bride, Tungalag, has served God¡¯s work faithfully for these past 10 years. At one point, she despaired thinking she was too old and would not be able to marry. But God accepted her faithfulness and enabled her to marry a promising, handsome and younger bridegroom.
2. Uuganbayar and Enktsetseg¡¯s family
Sh. Uuganbayar graduated from Mongol National University and is working at the core department of the biggest bank in Mongolia. Last spring, he fell into the temptations of the world and thought that he could not marry by faith and thought about leaving the ministry for the world. However, he could not betray Jesus¡¯ saving grace, so he repented of his worldly thinking. He then attended the Purdue conference and received the abundant grace of God and decided to live as a missionary. God accepted his sincere repentance and enabled him to marry a woman of faith, Enktsetseg.
3. Orgil and Oyungerel¡¯s family
Sh. Orgil was a fearful person. Especially when he stood before girls, he blushed and couldn¡¯t say anything. On the other hand, Sh. Oyungerel had no fear and drank more than the boys. However, Sh Orgil received spiritual training and grew to be a brave young man. When Mother Barry came in the spring of 2004, he presided courageously before crowds of more than 300 attendants. This handsome young man presided calmly and with boldness to lead the united Easter worship service at that time. Sh. Oyungerel was also changed into a humble and holy shepherd through studying the Bible.
Sh. Daniel Lee¡¯s message was humorous and full of grace. Not only our members, but also the relatives and friends were moved by his message and listened earnestly. These marriages were established by God himself. God gave all the grooms and brides the faith to marry. All the brothers and sisters wanted to bless them with all their hearts. God blessed them with the dream to have this kind of blessed wedding for themselves in the future.
As I saw God¡¯s marvelous work in establishing these three house churches, I could more firmly have faith in the evangelical work in Mongolia. May God build them up firmly and raise them as great shepherds for one university, one chapter and one nation in the future. I pray that God may bless this precious work!
